Meadows Assisted Living & Care Campus will shine as a beacon of care for the medically fragile elderly, younger disabled and the catastrophically injured in Mount Clemens, Michigan with construction underway. Those in need of both short-term and long-term inpatient rehabilitation can count on a campus that is holistically relevant, structurally sound; with a care environment that is clinically competent.
One of the goals of the campus is to celebrate those who take care coordination seriously. This includes the warriors among us known as case managers, who provide a type of advocacy that is unmatched in many ways for those who are catastrophically injured and the older adult population requiring long-term care.
To demonstrate our commitment to their work, Meadows has included in its plans a business lounge that is fully functional and equipped with free Wi-Fi strictly for independent case managers. Since many work from home, this will allow an opportunity to expand one’s professional presence and work organization.
It’s called, “business supporting business” and represents a key part of the Meadows’ mission.
Details will be posted throughout the construction process on-line at www.meadowslifemi.com
